This coming friday, June 6, there will be a whole-day celebrations for migrant workers' day (the very first here in doha) at POLO/OWWA compound. under the auspices of POLO officers, FILCOA (and of course APO Qatar AA as chairman c/o brod flor cabrito) is spearheading this event. May mga booth ang mga grupo:APO Qatar AA will sell souvenir t-shirts; another booth c/o sis margaret will sell native delicacies; srb will sell "pulutan" and/or finger foods...meron kse booth ng beer/hard liquor for sale sa gabi c/o UPWARD...meron ding program and singing contest sponsored by mediacom (two mediacom sound system ang prize)...etc...etc... Since APO Qatar AA is also committee for decorations/installation, please come on thu (june 5), 6:30PM, POLO compound...para tumulong sa decor. informal meeting na din ito para sa susunod namang fri, june 13, for the 110th phil. independece day celebrations at hyatt plaza. see you there!
